Security activity is retained for the period set by the platform administrator, up to 90 days. Unverified registration details expire automatically. Newsletter subscription is optional and starts only after email verification.

The platform records limited usage information such as page visits, article views, referral source and a short-lived session identifier. This helps NEN Digital understand readership and improve the website. Administrative and authentication pages are excluded from public visitor tracking.
