PJMA’s Governors’ Leadership Training Summit 2026 Reexamines Leadership Through Collaboration and Inclusion
The Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) successfully concluded the Governors’ Leadership Training Summit 2026: Leaping Past Paradigms on July 25, 2026 at Acceler8 Legazpi, Makati City, convening student governors, organization officers, and emerging young professionals for a day of dialogue on the changing landscape of leadership.
Centered on the idea that leadership extends beyond authority and hierarchy, the summit explored how collaboration, empathy, and shared responsibility have become essential to building resilient and people-centered organizations. Throughout the program, speakers challenged participants to reconsider conventional leadership structures and examine how inclusive practices create stronger, more engaged communities.
